• Environmental data: Temperature, humidity, air quality, gas levels, light levels
• Health device data: Readings from connected BLE health monitors (with your consent)
• Account information: Name, email, phone number for alerts

2. What We Don't Collect

WellNuo will never collect:

• Video or images of any kind
• Audio recordings or voice data
• GPS location data
• Browsing history or app usage data
• Any biometric identification data

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Detect falls and emergencies and alert designated contacts
• Monitor environmental safety (gas leaks, smoke, air quality)
• Track health trends from connected devices
• Improve our AI algorithms (anonymized and aggregated)
• Provide customer support when you contact us

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Our systems are hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with family members you've authorized in the app, emergency services when necessary, and service providers who help us operate (under strict confidentiality agreements).
