1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WellNuo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

WellNuo provides:

  • Smart plug hardware with integrated sensors
  • 24/7 monitoring and alert services
  • Mobile application for families and caregivers
  • Optional BLE health device integration

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Monthly subscription is $49/month, billed automatically
  • Hardware is included with no upfront cost
  • Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
  • Upon cancellation, hardware must be returned within 30 days
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. Service Limitations

WellNuo is designed to assist with monitoring but:

  • Is not a substitute for professional medical care
  • Cannot guarantee detection of all falls or emergencies
  • Requires stable WiFi and power to function
  • May have reduced accuracy during initial calibration period

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Obtain consent from monitored individuals
  • Maintain secure login credentials
  • Not tamper with or modify the hardware
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose

6. Privacy

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy. WellNuo uses radar technology only - no cameras or microphones. All data is encrypted and stored securely.

7. Intellectual Property

WellNuo hardware, software, and all related intellectual property remain the property of WellNuo Inc. You are granted a limited license to use the service while your subscription is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

WellNuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
